This is a judgment-free zone. Offer constructive support and encouragement to others. Avoid criticism, blame, or negativity that may discourage participation.
5. Avoid Promotion and Solicitation
Do not use the community to advertise products, services, or events without prior approval from the Menopalz team. Self-promotion and unsolicited advertisements are prohibited.
6. Stay on Topic
Ensure your contributions align with the themes of menopause, health, wellness, and related support topics. Off-topic posts may be removed.
7. Respect Moderators
Moderators are here to maintain a safe and welcoming space. Follow their guidance and decisions. If you have concerns, address them respectfully via private communication.
8. No Spam or Irrelevant Content
Avoid posting duplicate messages, irrelevant content, or excessively long threads that do not contribute value to the discussion.
9. Report Issues
If you encounter behavior that violates these rules or makes you feel uncomfortable, report it to the moderators immediately. We take all concerns seriously and will act accordingly.

Do not share or engage in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws, including sharing copyrighted material without permission.

Consequences for Violations
Menopalz reserves the right to remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or ban members who violate these rules. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the community.
